Mr. Sharat is a founding member of MVSI and serves as the Company’s Executive Development Officer. Mr. Sharat has had an extensive career across both the sell-side and buy-side (primarily in public equities and venture capital) institutional markets. He serves as an advisor to Upturn Funds and Erez Capital, a $20M early-stage Venture Capital fund.

During his tenure at NYU / Leonard M. Stern, Mr. Sharat received a partial merit- based scholarship and interned across several highly respected, well recognized multi- billion-dollar funds and institutions. Prior to this, he worked within the Investment Banking & Capital Markets group at Wells Fargo (covering Industrials and Consumer/Retail companies) and at Citigroup as an Investment Analyst in the Asset Management group. In addition to his role as the Executive Development Officer, Mr. Sharat will also be serving on the Company’s Strategic Advisory Board.
