Mr. Ellenis is a founding member MVS and serves as the Chairman of the Board, President and Chief Executive Officer of the Company, focusing his efforts on day-to-day administration, operations, and client development.

Mr. Ellenis has over 30 years of senior management experience within the Fortune 100 & 500. He has served in the capacity of CEO, COO, Exec VP, Director, and Board Secretary in both the private & public sectors. Mr. Ellenis has significant expertise in Corporate Finance including Capital Finance, Mergers & Acquisitions, Structured Finance, Compliance, Long & Short-Term Debt, Debentures, and Shareholder Relations.

Additionally, Mr. Ellenis is the architect for the MVS platform and was instrumental in launching the successful beta programs in the commercial and government sectors.
