James is the founder and managing partner of Sentegrity, LLC and Sentegrity Advisors and is a founding member of Orlando Dreamers Sports Group, LLC. as well as Elligens, Inc. (a BI, AI company). Through his position at Sentegrity Advisors he provides counsel and advice to several companies and investment funds in the US and Europe. James leads Sentegrity Advisors in maintaining a singular focus of becoming the leading small and middle market M&A advisory and investment banking firm of choice for companies with $100M or less in revenue.
Prior to Sentegrity Advisors, James was founder of a financial software firm, SKCS, Inc., in New York City. SKCS formed in 1989. Subsequently opening offices in San Francisco, London, Frankfurt, Paris, Sao Paulo, Buenos Aires, Mexico City, Chennai and Hong Kong. Creating partnerships with company’s that included NASDAQ, Reuters, Dow Jones Telerate and Microsoft. SKCS, Inc. grew to provide solutions and services globally with representation throughout the Americas, Europe and Asia. SKCS was acquired in 2000 by a publicly listed company. During his tenure at SKCS, James participated in multiple IP licensing deals, several tech acquisitions as well as two IPO’s. James brings vast experience to Sentegrity Advisors in corporate strategy, capital structure, financial modeling and business development. James began his career in 1987 with The Farragut Group (later acquired by The Carlyle Group) working in their Sovereign Projects division and was involved in projects in excess of US$4Bn throughout South & Central America. James has been a key strategic consultant for many companies including financial institutions, consumer products companies and many others.
He has been quoted in publications and sought after for advice as an expert in technology. James attended New York University’s International Business School.
